Within my practice, I am dedicated to providing a serene and nurturing environment for my clients to experience the benefits of therapeutic massage and holistic wellness. My philosophy revolves around the belief that true well-being comes from nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. I aim to help re-establish the connection between your mind and heart, by nurturing through elemental wisdom and healing touch. 

I am qualified as a Whole Body Massage practitioner and plan to train in other areas of massage, as well as counselling, meditation, yoga and more practices that I have interest in. I hold a Paid verified Blue Card for working around children.

I practice both mobile (travel to you, practice in your home/sacred space) and at my tranquil location, set in the Eastern Bayside suburb, Lota of Brisbane.

Initial session includes a pre-bodywork consult and education which takes 15-30min. Longer sessions allow for adaptation of coaching, counselling, and healing and can incorporate breath-work, refining sensitivity, cultivating awareness of energy, meditation, and heart connection.
